I recently purchased a Chevrolet Impala from Sales Associate Jacob Hoppe. Everything went well during the sale except that the sales associate insisted on coming along during the test ride. During the test ride I pointed out that there was too much travel on the brake pedal. I was told it would be looked into and if the wear was beyond 50%, the brakes would be replaced. Also, the heated seats didn't work . None of this was followed up by the sales associate. The engine light came on and once cleared, the sales manager said it was from a loose gas cap. However, two days later the check engine light came on again. All of this was brought to the sales associate's attention with no follow through. The car proved to be a lemon. A certified mechanic showed that the pads were at 20% and the check engine light was more than a gas cap and the heated seats would require extensive work totalling over $1,000.00. I feel i was misled...especially since there has been no contact from the dealership. A very poor and disappointing experience. I would not buy from Mike Young again.

I was on travel (away from my home dealer) and my brake lines failed on my 2002 Suburban. I had just had major brake service performed in August of 2017. Solina the service manager (Young Buick) was polite, professional, and accommodating. She ensured that my vehicle was serviced as quickly as possible and did everything should could do to minimize the expense.

Also Tom, my service manager at the Fitzgerald Dealership in Frederick, was very helpful by discussing the issue with Solina and confirming with me the repairs needed.
