I have been dealing with Hannah for a few years now and have always found her to be extremely helpful as well as professional and couteous. She has never failed to solve a problem for me when one has arisen and I trust her enough that I send my father to see her when he needs something also! I would gladly recommend her to anyone or refer any friend or family member to her!
Never waste your time going to this store. It is the most unprofessional and shady people you’ll do business with. I can’t believe that Verizon lets them put their name on this business. They will breach your privacy and screw you over. An employee forged my signature on my paperwork and looked through my pictures! Do not conduct business with these people.
Jose is awesome! We had a time consuming task and he was incredibly nice, continued to greet other customers as they came in, and was just a great guy to work with.
Wonderful service! I came over as a T-Mobile customer early last year and have been happy with my coverage and my Verizon store. Even after I made a mistake on my trade in. I was helped very throughly. The manager Hannah spent 45 minutes owning my issue and making sure that I was taken care of. I would recommend this store to anyone. Friendly, professional, and very helpful!
Hannah is always amazing at making sure I get everything I need! Even when I forget about getting a glass screen protector she remembers! Which is good cause I'm super clumsy. Always professional and kind. Excellent service
