Grandpa Tiny's has been a place we've visited during our daughter's childhood and now our grandson's are enjoying. If you've never stopped, give it a try! You'll find the hospitality of The Winkle's far above the norm as well as the adorable animals you'll encounter! Best part...while you're "down on the farm" the Winkle educate you on the day to day life of running a farm! Love this place and make more than one visit a season!
This farm has such fun things for the kids to experience. The animals and the shelled corn are some favorites. The new owners do a wonderful job educating the kids and keeping them engaged. The new paint and chicken coop bring new life and we cannot wait to see what other new things are in store. Thank you for a fun family field trip!!
These guys really care!! We've been regular patrons for a few years, and are delighted to see such comprehensive improvement since the new family took over. The animals have never looked better: fluffy coats and none of that stereotypical barnyard smells. Miss Wendy shares her immense personal knowledge in an easy, accessible way. She even takes the time to make sure my autistic child is fully engaged and as happy as possible! This is our FAVORITE place to visit. Well worth the $5 admission.
My friend, my mom and I came to visit this farm today, and it was absolutely the highlight of our day. John greeted us right away, and spent almost an hour giving us a tour and answering all of our questions. He was very patient and explained all of the planned renovations and how they want to make the farm more sustainable. It is incredible how happy all of the animals seemed - every animal came up and verbally greeted John and looked genuinely happy to see him. I have never seen more healthy pigs, and it was really cool to learn about the different ways pigs organize their habitats. I can't wait to see what this family does with the farm! SO much fun!
Accidentally found this place, but we will be coming here every year from now on! Everyone there was so friendly, they take such good care of their animals and the place is an all around gem! We took a tractor ride through the property and learned all about the land and their plans for next year. All of the animals enjoy being fed and petted, so the whole family got to interact with each animal. Loved it!!
