I made an appointment about a month in advance and received several phone calls, texts, and emails confirming. I drove the 85 mile trip to my appointment and I went in to see if there were any earlier openings. Come to find out, my appointment had been canceled due to a computer error. After declining to take a later appointment (I still had an 85 mile drive to get home), the employee working, Rachel, said the spa director would get in touch with me and would comp the massage (give me a free one for all the trouble it put me through). My appointment was supposed to be for 5/26/17... one week later, no phone call. I've taken my business elsewhere. No customer service whatsoever for an already overpriced experience. There goes my paid vacation day at work wasted... thanks...
The wbesite to review what they offer was very well organized and explained. Receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Location in Frankemuth had a calming feeling once you entered the store/spa. Location was clean. Staff was friendly. Questionaire before massage was helpful so they knew what areas to work and some history. During couples massage they made us feel comfortable to our liking. I had Heather and she did a nice job, I would only recommend with her maybe a little more pressure, but was still overall nice. I am just used to more pressure with having regular massages. My husband had Sarah and he stated that this is not something he is comfortable with and his hip is bothering him, she made him comfortable with the pressure being applied. They explained the process well and answered any questions they had. Next time we are in Frankenmuth will book another massage with them. Prices were reasonable.
We visited this weekend for my fiancé's birthday. It my first ever massage and it was my fiancés first couples massage. It was such a wonderful experience! We will definitely make appointments again when we head back to Frankenmuth!
FOR THE RECORD: I did give my credit card information over the phone one week in advance. I have only ever had one phone number in the history of going to this establishment. In addition, I did not receive any phone calls for the rest of the day. This confirmation included multiple phone conversations and credit card information provided in advance.
Had a great massage. Very relaxing time.
