If you have enough money in your account and it somehow bounces still they'll just close your account. I no longer have car insurance because of it. Save your money. Honestly, driving without insurance is a better option than this.
Follow up to owner response; I did and they told me they can't open my policy again because it's been two weeks. Mind you I literally just got the letter sent in the mail two days ago. Basically I'm just not going to have car insurance I guess and hope and pray I don't end up in jail with my pregnant self.
Waited 4 hours for a tow for my vehicle that was parked in my garage to the dealership that was 2 miles away. Was lied to by the customer service person on the time in which he placed the call for the tow. After I called and made a complaint, I had at least 5 calls from different members of the company attempting to rectify it but still no tow within a timely fashion. I am glad I wasn't stuck on the side of the road in a blizzard. I probably would have died in my car. I will be changing insurance companies based upon this and my increasing insurance rates. ZERO STARS! They only received one star so that I could post. This company is good and TERRIBLE!
This company has allways given me excellent service. Customer service is also great. I had no problem with my claim or payments. They also have great rates. Wouldn't go with anyone else!!!☺

We have been with Frankenmuth Insurance for our G.L. for the last few years. They are very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend them to other business owners.
I also felt that this company served me well - for many, many years. Then, due to a miscommunication between my partner and I and dire personal circumstances which were, admittedly, my fault, I lapsed my insurance. I had paid year after year for 6 straight years. 1 claim. 700+ credit. And the underwriter would not renew us. Now I'm forced to pay in full for maybe 2 years due to no compassion from Frankenmuth. DON'T miss a payment as they are ruthless. I am compassionate and understand they have a job to do, and yet under my circumstances there was no compassion back. Zero.
