So my experiences with spas has slightly jaded me because I have high standards. Serendipity was not a high end spa like the prices lead you to believe. The entrance to this spa is off putting, small hallway while we waited for our masseuse. No robes, no cucumber water, the music was poor and decor is outdated. The girls were nice but didn't know how to do nondeep tissue massage. Kinda painful. So overall it's not that great for spa snobs but good for the plain janes.
Amazing place to get a couples massage.
