We went here for a 2 day meeting in their meeting room. Lobby was clean and beautiful. Wonderful staff.
Staff were very friendly. Rooms were clean and beds firm. The location provided quick access to many local area attractions. Continental breakfast was hot and we'll stocked. I didn't run into any issues.
We paid a lot of money to be in a suite, our suite was right across the hall on the first floor from the Gym, pool, elevator, and about 20 feet from the lobby. NOT what we were expecting for our money. The noise from the street was very loud since the building is only about 25-30 yards from the main street, there really isn't much effort to sound proof the windows. The noise from the guests coming and going was loud through the room door and again not well sound proofed. For the money that we paid to spend our holiday here and in a suite I am unfortunately a bit disappointed. However the good things are numerous also, the staff was very nice and helpful, the room was clean, the bed comfortable, the access to the downtown activities is perfect. I would recommend this hotel but I wouldn't recommend spending the money on the suite.
The room was nice and clean. Loved the variety at the breakfast bar. They had egg white omletes and turkey sausage along with the normal breakfast foods.
Everything I expected. Good hot breakfast. Located right in town. The previous night I stayed in Birch run and that definitely wasn't what I wanted. Ended up 10 to 20 minutes away, depending on traffic to Frankenmuth.
